Nothing says alpha man more then Double Edge Razors so it’s time to put your Mack3, 4, 5 or whatever in the bin – it’s as simple as that. If you want to be an alpha man, you have to go back to basics. Luckily you don’t have to go all the way back to cut throat razors (that said, no-one’s stopping you). Your best bet is double edge razors. They cut great and once you have “invested” in one – you’ll have it for “life”.

Buying 100 blades will set you back about £10, so these razors are far more economical then the Gillette option. The whole idea of the Alpha Man lifestyle is to get rid of as much plastic as you possible can and get back to natural materials like wood and metal. Pop into an old barbershop and you’ll see what I mean. It’s like going back in time before everything became disposable.

Remember shaving should be “me time”, so never rush it, make sure you take your time to look good. The slower you shave the more alpha man you will be. Lock yourself in the bathroom, away from the wife/girlfriend and any kids you might have. “Sorry honey, con’t do it, I’m shaving – might take some time”. You get the point.
